Behind the cafe in a corner in the back (if entered from Alekstanterinkatu) and straight ahead (if entered for Unioninkatu). Had two options in different rooms: one with sitting option and one for standing up. The sitting up toilet has seperate stalls. Neither is marked men/women so anyone can use either.
