Easiest access is through Finlay Terrace off Wallace St: Block 7 is the closest building to the stairs onto the campus you'll see on the left. Enter the door near those stairs down from Finlay Terrace, and keep going straight ahead through a series of fire doors. Room 7C55 is in a small alcove roughly opposite Room 7C48.
